Any government scheme can not be successful in the corrupt system of india. Such an ambitious programme of health insurance was working ok in first year in jharkhand but nexus of insurance TPA and corrupt officials work as deadly virus who kill the very essence of scheme.They themself do not know how they are harming the system of health

Already India is having pathetic system of healthcare delivery,  only the top of chain specialist is developed.Middle rung and lower rung of healthcare system is lacking. The delivery of system by IT technology is boon as well as curse.

Scheme have been given to those places who do not have doctor and on the other hand where there is 24 hour availability of doctor they are being harassed.
